About ISKCON Amsterdam

ISKCON Amsterdam is the Hare Krishna temple in Amsterdam, founded by His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada. It serves as the central hub for Krishna conscious activities in Amsterdam and surroundings.

When is the temple open?

Every Sunday the temple hosts the Sunday Love feast, from 15:00 till 18:30. The program is as follows:

14:45 - 15:00 Tulasi puja
15:00 – 16:00 Bhajan

16:00 – 17:00 Lecture

17:00 – 18:00 Gaura Arati, Nrsimha prayers

18:00 – 19:00 Prasadam
19:00 - 19:30 Bhajan

And every Tuesday from 18:00 there is the Dinner Club in the temple.

During weekdays it is possible to have darshan. Please contact the temple before you come by phone to ensure someone will be there to receive you.

Does the temple have ashram facilities?

Unfortunately, at the moment ISKCON Amsterdam has no ashram facilities. It therefore is not possible to accomodate any visitors.
